10 Leading Tools is a compelling and captivating book tailored to anyone hoping to improve their leadership skills. This list ranges from CEOs to high school principals, all sorts of different leaders can learn from this book. The author also includes little anecdotes about his life and how the instances that opened his eyes to the tools he presents in this book. The author also uses the word 'tools' instead of using words like 'tips' and has a segment in the beginning of the book explaining why. The book also has a separate chapter breaking down the terminology of leadership before leading into the tools itself.

This book is amazing. I personally found all of these tools applicable to my own life. This is a book I can actually live by and base my whole life around. This book offered a lot of insights that I was oblivious to and I hope that the next reader will also learn something new from reading this book. The author really put his best foot forward with this one. What makes the book even greater is the person behind it. The author of this book isn't some researcher that just happens to know about leadership, this is someone who has actually been a real leader. It is always great to take advice from people who have walked the walk.

The author's writing was just as wonderful as the book's content. The way he uses language made these tools so digestible and easy to process. Although this is a non-fiction book, it certainly didn't feel like one. It was more like reading an lovely short story novel. The author does not beat around the bush. The book is straight to the point and concise. There's nothing sadder than an insightful book that is just too long and makes the reader too bored to even pay attention to the lessons of the book. This book was short and sweet, and this is how I like my books.

There was absolutely nothing I disliked about this book. It was exceptionally well edited. This book was flawless all around. Even the tools themselves aren't complicated tools. They are easy to understand and even easier to apply. I rate this book four out of four stars. It is a modern masterpiece.

I recommend this book to leaders of all sorts. Managers, class captains, CEOs, parents and sports coaches. Everyone can benefit from the book if they choose to. You can even use the tools to become a better leader of your life. This book can change your life, but only if you allow it to.
