The MISOGI Method by Jody B. Miller is a self help book designed in a self explanatory style with proper examples and references which work as a guide to the basic theme of the book, which is to know and understand what exactly is a "MISOGI".

The thing I liked the most about this book is the way it builds connections with the last concept explained and the next, using a relatable story which most of us would have experienced. The book is divided into two parts - the first half describes the steps and journey through the process whereas the second half presents testimonials in support of the previously put forward exercises and theories, which is quite interesting.

The book is well formatted, with commendable editing put in to get the text right; besides conveying the exact meaning. Hence, I could not spot any loopholes or errors in writing.

I would like to rate this book 4 out of 4, attributed to it's well planned structure and the presentation of the theme in a way that anybody can adapt in their lives.

I would recommend this book to everyone who is interested in self growth and believes in the philosophy of learning by exploring that which is beyond comfort zones.
