An ease to the body is an ease to the soul. Most persons seek a method of immersing themselves in a world different from our physical world. This journey, all the same, takes effort, hard work and most importantly, being positive, believing and trusting in the process.

So what do I mean by this? The Warrior's Meditation by Richard L Haight discusses this in fuller detail. He discusses a proper methodology for healing and journeying into the mind and soul. This is achieved by meditation. Having studied under masters of the martial arts in Japan, he talks about their efforts at perfecting meditation and how their proper teaching methods defy conventional ways, and at that, are still effective.

Also, the author then goes into the popular sense organs, their functions, how to best utilise them, and how they further aid in meditation. The author also divulges many distractions that could diminish focus and cause distractions in this act as well. Unpopular to this discourse, the author mentions some defined health and daily life practices, how the world views them, the approach of science to them, and his solutions to them. Readers will find this review completely illuminating as regards this discourse.

I think this book was very much an instructive read. It explained lots of details about meditation and how to properly get into this world. More so, it counters some of the conventional ways of doing things, with an effort to solve them. In addition to its beauty, it was straightforward to comprehend. I appreciated that the author showed us some of his experiences as a martial arts trainee and how much his masters influenced his life. The scientific approach to the book was one I found admiring too. There were also some aspects in the book that I found quite intriguing. In general, I think the book was an educative read.

In this regard, there was honestly nothing wrong I found or didn't like about the book. This is because it was great from start to finish. In addition to its beauty, it had no grammatical errors, because it was professionally and flawlessly edited. It also contained no profanity or sexual content which smoothed my proper digestion of the book. And I think with these, I have no option but to give the book a 4 out of 4 stars rating.

In light of this, I would recommend the book to those who seek to find a world of inner peace and are willing to understand the journey into this. It is also highly recommended to those who enjoy a good read because of the good daily lifestyle approaches it preaches.
