Cryptocurrency has been taking over monetary platforms lately. Among various cryptocurrencies and networks, Bitcoin has been the talk of the decade. Bitcoins are digital currencies that can act as a form of payment. In professional terms, Bitcoin is a worldwide method for simple and secure exchange, a democratizing force, and a method for both straightforward and mysterious money. This is the basic knowledge we all have. As interesting as the concept may seem, numerous people, like me, have several doubts about its operation. What are blockchains? What is bitcoin mining? How am I going to make the most of it? Is it worth the hype? Thousands of questions are answered by Jon Law in Bitcoin Answered. It is in a simple question-answer format where general questions are answered elaborately.

This book is informative, covering various areas. The best thing about the book is its format and how it answers countless questions. Right from its origin to its profitability. The chapter that I benefited the most from is the Q & A where blockchain is explained. The series of explanations and breaking it down into simpler sentences made it easier to comprehend.

There is just one aspect that I found slightly inconvenient. While explaining the answers, a few complicated terms are used. Words mostly related to cryptocurrency and other monetary stuff. I had to google those words and search the internet to figure out what they meant. Honestly, the major areas where discrete explanation is required are well covered. For example, the chapter related to blockchain was explained in points, which was of great help, but a few words seemed to lack proper explanation for it.

I would give this book three out of four stars. In truth, the book didn’t forget to mention about every possible question that one could have. This book even has a way to answer a five-year-old when they ask about bitcoin. I reduced a star due to the terms that I found a little hard to comprehend. Anyone just starting to learn about bitcoins would probably face the same problem.

I recommend this to every single person in today's world. Even those who are experts might want to go through it. The simplicity and the effort to list down every possible question is remarkable.
