How to Stop Binge Eating And Learn To Love Food Again, is a book on eating disorders in junk food by Rebecca L Robson.

The book contains a short story of the author's childhood when She got the disorder of binge eating. It is then closely followed by the strategies that helped her conquer binge eating. The strategies are precise and easy to understand. They have been written in the author's own experience and thorough research. They have been organized systematically. They are also easy to remember.

The book is written in the first person. She has used italics to show her thoughts. It contains a few pages which can be exhausted in a sitting. She has incorporated the use of learning through association. 'Binge eating has been likened to throwing a ball at someone the whole day and expecting them to catch, yet they are busy looking for a place to keep them.'The author has mastered the art of gaining the trust of the readers by capturing their attention. She did a lot of research on the subject matter, which makes the content believable.

I loved how she approached the matter with the use of the inner child strategy. Get out of yourself and check the steps of your inner child. It may seem a hard thing to do, but in this book, She made it real and very feasible. I also loved the choice of strategies because they apply to other addictions as well. You may feel that the book will only help with the eating disorder, but you will be surprised to come out refined in other aspects. There is no part that I disliked in this book.

I did not come across any errors. The author did a recommendable job! She wanted to give hope to those going through the same disorder, and sure enough, the hope was delivered throughout the book.

Based on the above, I give this book a well-deserved rating of 4 out of 4 stars. Very precise, easy to understand, motivational, and worth picking for a read. I recommend this book to anyone struggling with binge eating, those struggling with different addictions, and those who are still on the journey of self-realization and acceptance.
