In a world without peace, only the strongest would be able to recount their tales. For everyone, regardless of their physical strength, to have equal possibilities in life, we must have peace. In most cases, bringing an end to peace would be catastrophic, and in extreme circumstances, it could lead to the extinction of humanity. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah has long been an advocate for peace. He lived for many years in Constantine, Algeria's eastern province. Furthermore, many of the French colonists who settled in Algeria at the time of Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's emergence discriminated against and repressed him because of his Algerian heritage. Discover this uplifting book titled A Dream For Peace in light of promoting peace.

While reading this book, my favorite portion was when Dr. Ghoulem recounted his admission to IU when the Ku Klux Klan attempted to kidnap the daughter of an Indianapolis prominent physician from her dorm at a local university campus all because she had joined a "whites-only" sorority. The child was biracial, but her fair skin made it impossible to tell she wasn't entirely white. Ghoulem's determination to eradicate racism is bolstered by this passage, reflecting a great deal of prejudice. He said that if change were to occur, it would be carried by the decent people of the magnificent nation which I admire.

An optimistic epilogue is included in the book's 17 chapters, making it a valuable resource for individuals who wish to succeed and be inspired by the author's long journey. There is nothing in this book that annoys me because it discusses so many essential subjects that many people should be concerned about, such as inequality, working for peace, and racism.

Based on the author's own life experiences, including politics, racism, and a slew of other hardships, this nonfiction work should interest a massive range of people. In addition to being pertinent, the author's various personal narratives enhanced the book's delight. So, I'm giving this book 4 out of 4 stars. Although there are a few minor grammatical issues, I'll still be giving this book a perfect rating.

One man like Dr. Ghoulem Berrah shows that anyone may be as resilient as he to face challenges and maintain an optimistic outlook after a long period of difficulties. This book is for those who enjoy reading memoirs and those curious about how politics works. This book, which talks about the virtues of optimism, perseverance, and self-control, could be interesting to many people.

I did like the author's spirit of perseverance as he lived through tough times. He fought and fought until he achieved what he wanted. A hero, a hero of his country. A true fighter.
