Health Tips, Myths and Tricks is an amazing and glorious book for those seeking to reform the aspect of health in their lives — written by physician, Morton E. Tavel, the book advocates proper health while debunking "snake oil" conceptions that manipulate those unaware of such lies and scams. The book dedicates itself to the education of properly maintaining human health, from what one should eat, to what complications a person should avoid. This book is filled to the brim with knowledge sure to make health enthusiasts salivate.

The book tackles and explains the various tips and tricks beneficial to one's health, and helps health enthusiasts find the right methods they need for their lifestyle. The book also helps people become aware of the various dubious "health tricks" advertised and sold to the unaware. This book is a collection of golden grade advice, from an experienced expert. Meanwhile, it also serves as a handy guide for those with health complications, by giving advice and suggestions to help improve health conditions.

My only problem with the book would be the slight errors in editing. An example would be the numerous progressive hyperlinks found in many chapters, a typo, and the traces of discolored texts. That's the only negative aspect in this book. Otherwise, the content found inside is sure to open your eyes and keep your body in a healthy state.

I rate the book 3 out of 4 , due to it harboring more than ten errors in editing (e.g hyperlinks, typo and discoloration). It was almost tempting to give it a 4 due to the superb content-wise editing, however, it lacked attention to detail regarding the format of some parts of the text. The reason the book cannot be rated lower than 3 is due to the fact that the content of the book holds amazing value, added to the rare grammatical error, it simply does not deserve anything lower for simply forgetting to edit hyperlinks and text color. Additionally, as expected of a respectable health book, it proves itself as a great open-for-all health book for those aiming to produce a healthy lifestyle.

I recommend this book to everyone and anyone hoping to lose weight, improve their health, improve their lifestyle and diet, or simply improve themselves. This is a must-read book for those hoping to keep themselves in tip-top shape. It holds both wit, story, and significant knowledge to keep you engaged on learning the right way of health.
