‘The truth is beyond belief’ by Jerry Durr is an awesome read if you are a spiritual seeker walking on this path to go within. The book has an unusual format with one small poem on each page and there are only 10 chapters. But mind you, this is not an easy read. Be ready to dive deep within because there is a lot of food for thought, lots to ponder upon and contemplate which is of course a good thing because that is what anyone on the spiritual path is hungry for.

In the first couple of chapters Author talks about our limitations, how our own thoughts and beliefs are creating the separation and how in reality we are much much more than we can think of. He then talks about the mind's creation of past and future and makes us think about God's wonderful creation of our existence, about awakening, about love and about surrendering back into the unified thought. There is a lot to absorb and it takes time although the poems are short and concise

The experience while reading this book is really uplifting. It is a journey in itself through different topics where the Author makes us pause and think and understand what the poem really means. He has made an attempt to bring our attention to the divine truth and how much we understand depends upon at what level we are in our spiritual journey.

There is no negative aspect about this book. It is only our limited thoughts which might become a hindrance in understanding the deeper meaning.

I would like to rate this book four out of four. It is one of those books which act as a lighthouse, always guiding us on our path. I would suggest everyone to have it on your bedside table, open one page each morning and contemplate to understand the deeper message behind the words.

I would highly recommend this book to all the spiritual seekers who are drawn to walk on the inner path. Please don't misunderstand it for a poetry book. It is for the specific few, thirsty seekers who are courageous to dig deeper.
