Why Can't Johnny Quit? is a pulsating work of non-fiction written by an experienced psychiatrist called Kyle Oh. The book's content is excellently prepared to address the issue of addiction among people. The book is not only interesting but also informative, and I didn't regret selecting it.

Kyle Oh starts by giving a brief summary of what addiction is. Because of his experience, he gives detailed information on addiction. He also explains the three reasons why he came up with this delightful book. One of the reasons why he wrote it was to clarify the meaning of addiction, which is mostly misinterpreted by people.

Those suffering need help to get control of their disease. Therefore, the book was meant to help the victims. Lastly, the book was written to help prevent other people from getting hooked on addiction. He also criticizes some people and institutions that do not address the disease's prevention. To understand more about addiction, grab your copy.

I liked how this book is informative and enlightening. The author gave detailed information on the subject, making it easier to understand the whole book. Moreover, the language used in the book is not complicated. This aids in grasping the content of the entire book. The title and the cover were the other aspects of the book that I liked. Johnny, mentioned in the title of the book, represents many individuals.

There is no aspect of the book that I did not like. It had only 296 pages, making it possible to read in a single sitting. It is also divided into seventeen short chapters. The arrangement of the book was superb. The author also provided the definitions of words towards the end of the book to enhance understanding. This is one of the most informative books that I have read this year. It tackles the most important discipline in our society.

I'm giving it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. It was exceptionally well edited, as I did not find any flaws in it. In addition, its cover and title were well-designed and matched with the content in the book. This is a nice book that I would recommend to those who love reading informative non-fiction books. They will learn a lot from this insightful book. Those who want to help addicts can also learn a variety of skills and knowledge about how to make their dreams a reality.
