Containing a wealth of information, Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks: A Physician's Advice is sure to be a healthy enthusiast's perfect handbook. Tavel shares information we thought we knew about our everyday activities. I would recommend that before you start reading this book, you have an open mind. You will learn new information that will surprise you and make you think about all the things you were taught while growing up. The book was well structured, with an easy-to-use table of contents. I appreciate the fact that the author provided smaller sub topics throughout the book, which made it better to navigate.

I found some of the myths shared in this book very hard to wrap my head around. Some myths about allergies, raw milk and stretching before exercise were hard to believe. Overall, I did not find anything to dislike about this book. I found most of the tricks useful, and I will surely try to incorporate them into my daily routines. Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks: A Physician's Advice has become my personal health guide.
