Idiom Attack Vol. 1 Everyday Living (German Edition) is a book about idiomatic expressions. These idioms are well-known among residents of North America. They can be used to convey messages without having to speak many words. This book gives its readers a taste of the tip of the iceberg, which is an idiom. With only about 300 idioms, it teaches foreigners how to communicate using these expressions. To help German foreigners understand these idioms without stressing themselves and expending too much energy, the author, Peter Liptak, used a three-way method to teach. He writes about these idioms and translates them to German. Secondly, he gives exercises where readers are expected to fill blank spaces with the correct answers. Thirdly, he gave realistic short stories to help the readers see good examples of using these idioms. Nobody expects you to memorize all of these idioms on the first try. That is why it was written in such a way that it is easily navigated and referred to when the need arises.

Peter Liptak made this book fun to read. I am familiar with textbooks or handouts that are written in boring ways. They are not fun, and whenever I pick them up, the motivation to continue goes out the nearest exit. I will not say the same for this book. It had short stories with funny expressions. They had cartoons and familiar drawings too. It caught my eyes and made me want to read it more till I finished it. These stories that were engaging and interesting are what I liked the most in the book.

Idiom Attack Vol. 1 Everyday Living (German Edition) is a book of great importance to anybody who is currently studying the English language. It is an easy-to-understand book that does all that the author said in his introduction to the book. I knew that this would be the case from the start because I had heard the glowing praise that some readers gave to it. As a native English speaker, it helped me master some idioms that I know but have never used. Because it helped me, I am confident that it will not disappoint the German readers who have shown interest in this book.

I haven’t said this yet, but I disliked nothing in Idiom Attack Vol. 1 Everyday Living (German Edition). Everything appeared perfect, and this was because it was. The whole book was edited exceptionally well. He told the stories to help readers get used to the idioms, and these stories were short and interesting. I even found some of them funny. The book was not boring. Above all, it taught what the author promised to teach. These facts make me rate the book four out of four stars. I had never read a short book that explains idioms in a hard-to-forget way before. Peter Liptak blew me away on this, and I would love nothing more than to read more books by him.

This non-fiction educative book called Idiom Attack Vol. 1 Everyday Living (German Edition) is a wonderful book that shows the beauty of idioms. It teaches German readers to attack and master idioms. So as not to get confused when they hear them being used by those who have already mastered them. It may seem like learning a new language, but it gets easier with time. I recommend it to those that read German but would also like to learn the language of English idioms.
