Have you ever wanted to read a book to find advice about your health? You can find this advice in the Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks book. Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks is a guideline written by Morton E Tavel, MD. The book consists of 62 chapters. The author split the book into three parts. Part 1, from chapter 1 to chapter 32, the author wrote about nutrition and health knowledge. In part 2, from chapters 33 to 52, the author shared mistakes and facts about health. In the third part, from chapters 53 to 62, he discussed scams to get our money. Although the author split the book into three parts, all three parts are interleaved. How did the author write about the fortified food? What are mistakes, facts, and scams? Let's read his book to learn more about them.

The author wrote the book scientifically. For each chapter, he mentioned his thesis about health. Then he proved it with the FDA's research. At the end of each chapter, the author wrote a conclusion paragraph. He talked about what readers should do to apply his advice. Furthermore, he also shared graphs, figures, and lists to prove it. Readers don’t need to worry because all the chapters are short. He wrote each chapter very carefully.

In part 2, the author wrote about myths and facts. There are many myths about health on the Internet. Strange, most people make these mistakes. They understand wrong about energy drink, vaccine, gluten. The author explained why health myths exist. And how to understand right. Only his ideas about fortified food made me feel confused. The rest of this book is excellent.

The book's language is plain and straightforward. The author didn’t use academic language to guide us. The book is really exciting. Although the author used some medical terms, I think it’s not difficult to read. These medical concepts were popular with readers.

The book was well edited. I found no errors in the book. The author is a physician specialist. He has a deep knowledge of his job. I learned many lessons about nutrition. They are very useful to me.

The author shared a great deal of knowledge about health and nutrition. He also explained everyone's mistakes about health. And he gave the right advice to solve health problems. For the above reasons, I rate the book four out of four stars.

I would recommend the book to medical students. The book is also for readers who are interested in improving their health. Readers will learn many useful lessons from the book.
