Who Told You That You Were Naked by William E. Combs is a book about the bible. William talks mainly about the beginning of the bible where Adam and Eve took the forbidden fruit and found out that they were naked. So the question by the title of the book was the question asked by God. William focuses on those aspects and tells us what he thinks of the question that was asked by God. He also brings our focus to the deep meaning of that event in the bible.

I love that William first started with an introduction that gave us a sneak peek of his past. We got to know how he grew up and a little about his family. I think this gives the reader a chance to know whose work they are reading. It also gives us comfort that we also are not reading about a stranger. I like that the book encourages us to do good. It also gives us a chance to know who God is and how He works. William made us understand who God is and why we should do things according to the rules of the bible. William also explained how important confidence is. I mean that made me reflect on myself because I sometimes have trouble with my self-esteem and confidence. He wrote that sometimes things don't work out because we don't believe.

There is nothing I hate about the book. I did experience 2 or 3 errors but that doesn't make me hate the book. I think out of all those errors, the book was still edited well.

I will therefore rate the book 4 out of 4 because it was a nice book and I think I learned a lot from William. The piece of writing deserves this rating because it was well edited and thoroughly researched. I think William put a lot of effort into making sure that what he wrote made sense and was easy to understand to readers. A lot of bible-based content is hard to understand but this book didn't give me a hard time.

I would recommend this book to people who are interested in knowing more about God. This is a very religious book and I think people who are adults would love to read this book because it has meaningful lessons to learn from. Young people who need inspiration and encouragement can read the book. I enjoyed reading the book and I could read it more than twice.
