Who Told You That You Were Naked? Is an interesting novel authored by William E. Combs. He talks about his faith and he also explains different scenarios in the Bible and their importance as they are fundamental in living a fulfilled Christian life.

The author begins with the story of the Garden of Eden, how God created Adam and thereafter the creation of Eve from Adam’s rib. He explains how sin came into the world through Eve because she listened to the serpent who lied to her. He explains that most people in the world today regard themselves as good people and not sinners. This is through the act of repentance because God is full of mercy and He always forgives those who repent. He also explains that Jesus died on the cross so as to redeem our sins and therefore by faith sin ceases to exist if a person repents. The author also emphasizes that Jesus told His disciples he would not abandon them and that He would send them a helper who is the Holy Spirit.

In addition to the scriptures the author also encourages the reader to spiritually evaluate every situation and always do what is right. He also advises the readers to always seek God's forgiveness, and use the Bible for guidance in their day to day lives. He also mentions thoughts of the early scholars on the concept of sin and this is very fundamental in understanding how to live a fulfilled Christian life.

The positive aspect I found about the book is that the author has used real life examples in elaborating scriptures from the Bible and this captures the attention of the reader and it also makes it easier for the reader to understand different concepts easily. The book also has study questions at the end of every chapter and these questions are very essential in helping the reader to evaluate themselves and see the content that they have gained by reading the book.

I did not find any typos or grammar errors in this book. I also did not find any negative aspects about it. I would rate it a four out four because it was interesting, well written and the plot flowed continuously.

I recommend this book to persons who are interested in understanding different scriptures of the Bible and especially those who would like to understand more on the concept of sin, salvation and faith.
