Jeff Meyer takes a unique approach to helping others in his book “FEAR NOT, DREAM BIG & EXECUTE.” This book is one you will find useful long after you finish it, so keep it close for reviewing chapters when you are feeling trapped in life. The design helps you strengthen your relationship with God while at the same time helping you understand yourself. Each TRY THIS section has suggestions and techniques to find your answers deep within yourself. Even though the book is based on religion, it can help anyone with the universal ideas that Jeff Meyer has presented us. It has the ability to show us how to hope and plan for a better life, or at least for us to appreciate and understand the life we have now.

Jeff Meyer takes a great approach to help you understand deep within yourself. While also giving you hope that there is a way out of the despair we sometimes find ourselves mired into, which makes us feel hopeless. If you have a specific matter that needs to be addressed, there is a huge probability that you will find a chapter to help show you how to find the answers. Take, for instance, Lesson 1, Sit for a Spell, which makes you realize how important it is to sit with someone and not have any expectations. Also, how important in this day and time to put it in our crazy busy schedule. No rush; just sit and see what you can learn. I have noticed a lot of videos on social media with people saying, sit with me a moment, and that is what this chapter is about, just sitting with one another in silence or not.

I can honestly say I did not find any negative aspects while reading this book.

I rated this book 4 out of 4 stars. I did not notice any errors, and the book is suitable for anyone who wishes to improve their way of thinking and how they handle things in life.
The TRY THIS section is a step-by-step way to discover yourself when you realize you are feeling lost and start you on the way toward your next journey. It is based on religion, but with that being said, I think most people can benefit from the book, religious or not. It is a book of hope and inspiration that resonates with people from all walks of life.
