Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks is a non-fiction book by Morton E. Tavel. This book was written to educate people about myths around health. Tavel goes on to explain what is a myth and what is not. Tavel gives us tricks on how to live a healthy lifestyle and how to live a good life. He also gives us knowledge that some products that are sold by companies are not approved by the government, which is what we should know. He tells us that companies know how people are desperate to lose weight or make changes to their body, so he warns people to be careful and do their research before using any product advertised on social media.

I love that Tavel included a real life problem in the book. Most people have smoking problems, and most other people really want to lose weight. The fact that those popular stuff were included makes the book a valuable book to read. I love that the book gave me an opportunity to learn because I had also been trying some weight loss ways that people recommended that were myths according to Tavel. I wouldn't have known if I didn't read this book. He goes on to explain why we need to vaccinate and how our daily food intake affects our lives.

I wouldn't say there is something I hate about the book because it was very educative, and I enjoyed reading it. I didn't encounter any problem whatsoever when I read the book, but instead, the content bought some delight. Not only that, but I am happy that next time I know what is right and wrong for myself and my body.

I will rate the book 4 out of 4 for the exceptionally edited work. I would also like to applaud Tavel for the great book he composed. It was very educative, and I wouldn't say I wasted my time when I read the book. Instead, I can read this book more than once to just go back to find information when I need it

. I would recommend this book to people who would like to know more information about health. I would also recommend it to parents because we need them to know what is right and wrong when it comes to cooking and buying healthy food. Those who would like to lose weight or take a path to eating healthy, then this book is recommended to those people.
