Review of Real Secrets Of Life
The book Real secrets of life by Krishna Jagarnath is classified as a motivational self-help book. In the book, the author has tried to incorporate many aspects in life, such as the spirituality, relationships, parenting and also healthy living. Most people believe in the existence of the divine. It is the divine who knows everything even before they happened. In the book, Krishna Jagarnath encourages us to make efforts and trust fully and submit to God because he is the one who knows the plans he has for us.
The book also talks about how we can develop healthy relationships with not only our partners, but with other people as well. Talking of healthy living, the author has shown us how we can live in order for us to prevent our bodies from being infested with diseases. We also find some home healing methods that we can use to heal ourselves when we fall ill. The and author has also told us about the importance of rest and Atma Kriya in creating a healthy mind and peace from within. From the book, the author has also recommended to us some activities that we may indulge in, such as Kriya Yoga.
While reading this book, I found many things that I liked. Starting from how the author has decided to talk about some very critical issues in life in which not many people had this kind of information. I also liked how the author has gone the extra mile and given us the links to where we can find some more useful information if we want to learn more about what was being discussed. I liked how the author has clearly put out his points by telling us exactly what to do and not beating around the bush with words; such as, when telling us what we can eat, he has clearly told us the foods and their importance to our bodies.
The only thing I disliked about this book was the use of many Hindu words, but when I came to know what they meant, I really enjoyed reading this book. I did not find any spelling or grammatical errors, and so I would confidently say that this book was professionally edited.
I gladly give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. This is because it is very clear that Krishna Jagarnath did very extensive research before writing this book and the outcome is this wonderful book. There was also no use of profane words in the book. I would recommend this book to all teenagers and adults who are ready to read and apply what they have learned in their lives.
