Review of The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook
[Following is a volunteer review of "The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook" by H. J. Chammas.]
The Employee millionaire -personal workbook by H.J.Chammas is a practical handbook that could encourage and guide anyone who has a real estate business idea in their mind. The author talks about how one can maintain that nine to five job and still achieve financial freedom. This book is an abridged version of 187 pages long divided into four chapters.
The author provides you with all the necessary information to make sure that you do not stray, using his personal experience during financial crisis the author explains how 'Papa Joe' the mentor has been helpful and the writer was motivated to write this book after witnessing the financial crisis of 2008. The book gives both the advantages and disadvantages of investing with money taken from a loan or taken from savings. Tables and illustrations both in the book and available for online download.
I like the book so much I have no negative point so far this book is realistic that one could imagine himself implementing the action step by step while reading. Terms like net worth, income profile, assets, cash flow and liabilities are all over the book and clearly explained. The author has a detailed ten steps to invest in a completely beginner friendly rental home, although he did not talk much about international markets. In this book i came across no errors and exceptionally well edited.
I rate this book four out of four stars because the book is interesting and educative, excellent narration style and the editing is perfect. The acknowledgement is well written, the author is expressing gratitude to his wife and other people who helped him. The book is well organised with minimal grammatical errors.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in a legitimate money making plan. This book is not meant for those who are not interested in finance or economics. Economists and business people are welcome to read this book as well. The book is also for people seeking for purpose of life and wealth. The book is written in a perfect flow and seems to be like an inspirational and guidance speech. The book is very much good for beginners thus the writer has mentioned everything, every point, every step from beginners level to advanced. The book is helpful to everyone who wants to improve and increase their current living standard and get more wealth. This is not very good for people seeking for motivational speech.
