Review of The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook
The book “The Employee Millionaire , Personal Workbook, How to Use Your Day Job to Become a Millionaire with Rental Properties” written by H.J. Chammas, introduces you on a path to smart investment. It is a personal workbook as well and will guide you towards financial freedom.
The author started off being an employee himself and hence, readers can relate to it at personal level. He made a point to share his important experiences, losses, lessons he learnt and steps to get better so that we don’t end up making the same mistakes. I like the fact that author treasures other aspects of life. He asserts the readers to understand that only making successful money will not keep us happy, it requires us to have a healthy relationship with every thing that our life depends on i.e., our family, health, spirituality, social life and mental peace.
As the book implies, it talks about how to become wealthy while being an employee. The book breaks down income to earned and unearned. Earned income comes from the 9-5 regular job that you already have and have to physically work for it every day. While unearned income comes from passive income (assets) and portfolio income (royalties, bonds, stocks etc.). The book begins by asking the readers why they want to have money. The why power! This was important because then the readers will have goals in their minds while absorbing the knowledge and proceeding towards it. The book is in absolute detail covering all the basics and breaking it down to simple steps and texts that are easy even for beginners to understand.
I personally loved the book because it inspires you to make the best out of everything you have, even with the regular job that you don’t like. I would like to emphasize that this book is not to inspire the readers to save money but it shows how if you want to. I liked how author busted out the limiting beliefs about money and empowered us to let go of the negative thoughts and become financially free.
The book only talks about rental assets because according to author it is one of the best choices for building wealth. Opinions may differ may differ but this book is overall very informative. I would recommend this book to adults only. The book was well edited and I found no grammatical errors. I would rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars.

I think making the best out of everything you have fosters a grateful attitude. I don't know that investing in rental assets is for me, but it sounds like this book has other great financial advice. Thank you for your thorough review.MAMAN MEGU wrote: ↑13 Aug 2021, 01:41 I personally loved the book because it inspires you to make the best out of everything you have, even with the regular job that you don’t like.
