The book Perfect: A Path to Love, Forgiveness, and Transformation written by Judi Miller is very fascinating and inspiring. The book is about the healing journey of the author Judi Miller itself. It depicts a very beautiful and encouraging story of how she went on a journey of her self-discovery, which opens up a whole new story for her and how she deals with it where she cannot only be able to meet her inner peace but also helps others along the way. Judi’s story is an inspiration for many who are seeking deeper meaning in life. She has taught us that one can transform their wounds from their past experiences into love and courage and change their present for a better future.

In her childhood, she had been gifted with a special power that always made her feel like she didn’t belong here. But later when she unearths her and her family’s past and connects all the dots, she finds herself in a very weird situation and realizes that everything is making sense about her special power, her existence, her past, and her bond with Diana (her therapist). Judi is not the kind of person who shares her problems and thoughts with anyone. But she felt a special bond with Diana in her beginning sessions only. Even after learning about the truth, she was left with many unanswered questions which kept disturbing her inner peace.

But she found a way to overcome this difficulty and add more meaning to her life. She has also included these methods in this book to help others to find inner peace and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

My most favorite part of the book was the reflection chapters after every part which will be helpful for everyone who is unclear about their goals or wants to re-discover themselves and make their life more meaningful.

This book is amazing and exceptionally well-edited. Overall, the book was amazing and I would give it a 4 out of 4 stars. It is a self-help book that will help others fight negativity, step out of their comfort zone, and try new things. I strongly recommend this book and I think it will be a suitable read for people aged 17 years and above. It will also be suitable for people who are in the quest of finding their true self and the purpose of their life.
