Review of The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook
[Following is a volunteer review of "The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook" by H. J. Chammas.]
Are you a person dedicated in working towards becoming a millionaire? Or most likely a person who is curious to know what it takes to become a millionaire? A person probing to know how an employee could become a millionaire? Or probably a person who prefers to be provided with mentorship from someone who has been in the system? If yes is your answer; then this is the book for you.
The book The Employee Millionaire—Personal Workbook by H. J. Chammas explains the due process in the route to becoming a real estate investor. The route which he believes is the best way to becoming financially free while still being an employee. I am truly impressed; from the way the author arranged the due process to the way he explained them while making the dos and don’ts as clear and understandable as he could so the investor would benefit.
Some might think of the steps as bulky, it is so; but for a good reason. This is a matter of finance, which means that if one makes a wrong move; it would come at a price. I believe that anyone serious on becoming a millionaire would follow the provided action steps accordingly—without taking short-cuts. Every step is essential; it is provided for a reason.
Another purpose for my heightened level of appreciation for the book is the situation whereby the book is realistic. It is so realistic that one could imagine himself implementing the action steps while reading. One begins to have dreams regarding the book, begins to think of how to make his new dream a reality and begins to visualize himself as being a real estate investor.
In addition, there is a crucial benefit this book has over many others; which is the availability of templates and worksheets that could be downloaded from the author’s website. A book with simplified information and means to practice them…this has to be the book you’ve been looking for.
Even as a commercial student, I never had the intention or even came across the idea of becoming a real estate investor; but now, I’ve been persuaded. The author with his persuasive words has made me consider his means as being better. Now this is my future ambition.
I never thought that I could acquire as much awareness as I have now of being a real estate investor from such a small book. Who could have known this much information could be compressed in less than 200 pages? A big thumbs-up to the author.
The book was professionally edited; petite errors were found which can't reduce even a bit of love I have for the book. Therefore, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.
Are you a person stranded in a particular point; not knowing what to do or how to do it—in desperate need of help? Or a person with ideas that don’t yield positive results? A person with good ideas but don’t know how to implement them? Or possibly a person who knows how to implement them but don’t have the means? If you are one of those persons or know someone else who is, then this is the book I applaud. I recommend this book to anyone with the aim of becoming financially free.
