Millions of people around the world deal with some form of mental health issues. Some of the most common being Anxiety, Depression, and Stress. Depending of the severity, there are different forms of treatment. Some being prescription and some being holistic. This book explores some of the most common mental health issues and discusses treatments and coping mechanisms.

Stress and Anxiety is something millions of people deal with on a daily basis. As we go through our daily lives, there can be triggers that cause anxiety attacks. Some ways to ease the onset of an attack are as simple as taking deep breaths. Some require the attention of a medical professional.

If you are looking at ways to ease symptoms and learn to cope with mental health issues, easy solutions include exercise, healthier eating habits, or meditation. Exercise is one of the most common forms of stress relief and has known health benefits to ease anxiety. Having a healthy diet is also great for stress and anxiety as some foods have been found to have profound benefits on our mental health.

Along with common relief techniques, there are several others you can find at your grocery store. Melatonin is a natural hormone that induces sleep and can be bought over the counter. Lavender is also great for inducing sleeping and relaxation. When it comes to food, Omega 3- fatty acids in foods such as salmon, can help with treating anxiety. Ginkgo Biloba is one of the most supplements for cognitive illnesses. The supplement is also great for treating depression.

This book is a great starting point for those looking for ways to treat cognitive and mental disorders. The book details more common practices as well as some that may be unknown. Overall, the book is an easy to follow guide on ways to treat and manage mental health disorders.
