Perfect by Judi Miller, is a memoir describing her journey towards self realization, forgiveness and reawakening. She described her life as trapped in fear and insecurities. She felt incomplete, different, and could not use her voice. Plagued with such corrosive feelings about her personality, she began building barriers, closing her heart not just from the people around her, but also from spiritual gifts she was blessed with from childhood.

An experience she encountered on Good Friday as she went for mass with her family marked the beginning of her search to find purpose. This is an experience she characterized as "an overpowering sense of love" which sparked hunger for the feelings she had kept hidden and avoided for many years. Determined to know and feel more of such an overpowering emotion, Judi began her spiritual journey though facing many challenges. Fate along the way brought her close to a healer, Diana, who would change Judi Miller for ever.

I enjoyed reading perfect. Her experiences are strikingly relatable to many going through anxiety, low self esteem and emotional drama caused by diversity in race, religion, and culture in our society. She went further in describing exercises that helped her own personal chains that enslaved her for years. The memoir is written in a style that is easily understandable to all audiences.

There is nothing I do not like in this memoir, its content appeals to the mind of the reader and it is beneficial to all who opens his/her heart to accept Judi Miler's techniques of healing and truly feel emotions.

I rate this work 4 out of 4 given its written style is easily understandable, I did not notice any typos. Perfect is perfectly edited with an amazing chronology in the story line.

I recommend Perfect to persons going through anxiety from social constructed norms, and low self esteem. Perfect is suitable for both religious and non religious person with interest and believe in supernatural energies in the universe, it contains amazing techniques to free the minds of an individual, releasing pain, encouraging forgiveness, hope and love.
