The Secrets to Living A Fantastic Life by Dr. Allen Lycka and Harriet Tinka was about the events and life experiences of many people that serve as an inspiration to everyone. These two authors shared the life story of their own that inspires them despite all the struggles they have. Dr. Allen Lycka misdiagnosed from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), while Harriet Tinka had a horrible trauma in her teenage years. There are several quotable quotes in this book that are life absorbent. The quotations shared in this book are from various personalities that made life more inspiring.

A well-edited book deserves a perfect score. I will rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars. Every single word in this book showed positivity. This book was incredible, impressive, and well written. Suitable for people experiencing nasty life and struggles. It tackles all the issues we faced in our day-to-day activities, like the COVID-19. The authors were generously rationale for motivating their readers. It is immensely informative; discusses life, love, science, faith, event, medicine, and relationship. I salute the authors for sharing their stories and making life beautiful.

Every paragraph in this book explains the beauty of life. Choosing happiness over problems makes us free from diseases. According to the author, stress and depression can lead to illness. So, let us be happy to have a life away from harmful. What I also like about this book is the upbringing of the authors. Despite their struggles, they keep a calm and positive mindset to overcome uncertainty in their lives and eventually made them a better person.

The story of Harriet Tinka will inspire many of our young children in their teenage hood. Her story proves that we must be extra careful in dealing with, whether strangers or not. Her story also manifests that kids have a pure heart — telling the truth. I like how they use every quotation. There is one quotation that made me and my 9 - year old daughter teary-eyed, it is about the love of a daughter to her father. I can relate to this, which was amazing.

This book would be appealing to those who want to feel good and frees their minds and souls from all anxieties. I would recommend this book to teenagers and older because there are few paragraphs here that are not appropriate for younger ones. After reading this, you will love yourself and the people around you. You will realize the importance of your existence.
