Empowered 4/4 Empowered is a book for entrepreneurs by an entrepreneur. It is for those considering their first business to those with well established businesses. It is plain english and cites additional resources. The author created a resource and reference for all working to create more for themselves.

Starting with some basics it helps beginners, or those considering starting a business. It gives insights to considerations and pitfalls. The author keeps to positive aspects helping the reader understand the importance of a positive leadership and being a good role model.

It is apparent the author follows her own advice. Relating some personal experiences and showing her continued desire to stay abreast of new trends and emerging technologies. References to other literature is often enough to show the authors' passion and the passion any entrepreneur must have to succeed.

Later chapters offer help toward continued business growth. Explains how to look objectively at your business to make it grow. How to look for those around you for support and inspiration. Finding like minded persons can be essential to understanding your own limitations.

The author lays out each chapter as if building her business. Start small and simple and continuing to build on successes. Each chapter concludes with goals and topics pertinent to that chapters teaching. It is a valuable time saver and resource to build a business of any kind.
