I liked the book because it allows us to discover inner peace thanks to a process of personal recognition where they investigate the inner energy points with the karma through which we are destined to pass. It cites some universal laws to understand why the events happen in our lives that we have no control over, refers to past lives and as we repeat patterns despite not being aware of it pass us invoices that we usually hate I liked the book because it allows us to discover inner peace thanks to a process of personal recognition where they investigate the inner energy points with the karma through which we are destined to pass. Purandar A. Amin creates a new way of thinking much more open that allows us to defend his theories and certainly takes us to the way of wisdom, peace and tranquility. It takes us away from the ego that is a problem that we face each one of us in different ways and is the main cause of the global issues that we are going through and keep away from anger,it teaches us the method of meditation, and dynamic exercises that take away our thinking from the factors that cause us stress, writes the importance of breathing and how each of the elements connect with the mind.
Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living - “Guaranteed” (almost) it is an amazing piece where the moral factors we know are judged and exchanged by those who many call the cure for happiness, living far from envy or victim mode, understanding that not necessarily possessing material property will give you the feeling that you want, sometimes the overestimation of emotions is the real cause of anxiety, the small details are the ones that matter and that time is a mental condition that we place. To read it you need a lot of maturity and intelligence to learn to interpret what it says without affecting us drastically, even though the author leaves a note explaining all this is of the utmost importance to remember it in this review. He has different ideas that most are not familiar and can be somewhat overwhelming if you're not prepared.
The examples are redundant throughout history, however new features are presented that make their development change. It instills a way to love more healthily despite adversity and to attract positive thoughts so that good things come to us by the law of attraction. The examples are redundant throughout history, however new features are presented that make their development change. It instills a way to love more healthily despite adversity and to attract positive thoughts so that good things come to us by the law of attraction. Being a good samaritan and not hurting people are also instilled with steps to follow to integrate them more easily, in conclusion it is a book with key tools to have a quieter conscience and find somehow a neutral point where we feel comfortable is to say peace.
It is written correctly without grammatical or consistency faults. I repeat you must be careful if you are very believer of some religion because although it does not attack at all Christian dogmas their thoughts are outside what this defends and touches on issues that conservatives are not used.
I consider the book to have 3 out of 4 stars for its healing writing, authentic information and flawless grammar. It could occupy all four stars easily however it is a book that is not for everyone and opinions can be varied about it.
