The book is one of a critically analysed piece of literature which entails the biblical story of the Garden of Eden giving a deeper understanding to the reader. The author makes people understand the bible in a version which is more practical. Looking at the title of the book, it could be interpreted in a different manner but the author tries to explain how the act of sin led us to go astray and turn against the will of God. The act of sin could be interpreted to be nakedness and emptiness of the people as a result of the acts of sin. The book points out that we can be made whole and clothed once we accept Christ and decide to live a righteous and faithfully walk with the God. They is clear insight of the book which adds a deeper understanding through the provision of bible verses which makes a reader to be able to closely relate.

The book had a deeper meaning and made me pay close attention to the bible which acted as a reminder on how we expected to live an upright life free from sin.The book teaches us of the effects of our acts and gives us profound knowledge of the good and the bad. This book is of sentimental value helps both the christian community and other people in general to understand what is expected of them. The author also brings out the idea that once we are born again and accept the word of God through the bible teachings we can be clothed and dwell in the house of the God.In the text, we are introduced how the sin came into the world through Adam and how the birth of Christ redeemed us of our sins and we were clothed in the word of the Bible. The Bible is the fundamental ethics for which every christian is expected to live.

Combs also explains the act of sin in different ways such as tress pass, disobedience that Eve and Adam disobeyed the God's command by eating the forbidden fruit. He concludes with that the root to understanding the act of sin it starts from our thoughts and how we discern the good and the evil from what the biblical teachings .This book is one of theological work which gives a vivid description and understanding of the unwavering love of God despite the sins we have committed he still loves us through sending his only son to wash away our sins.Through the use of some personal experience by the author at the end of each chapter also makes it quite easy to understand the book.

The authors work is one of the most thoroughly done writings which keeps the audience and the readers in line with the story the author was trying to explain.Combs book is one of the most profound work which draws back every christian to understand the work of God and how we are expected to lead our lives as Christians. In Chapter 6, it shows that we were redeemed of our sins through the death of Christ which clearly shows and align with the bible how Christ died for our sins so that we can be born again. The works of Combs are educative and tries to bring transparency and an understanding to those whom have had questions by explain them in his own words. His work was quite informative and the book was quite interesting.I would highly recommend.
