This book which can be considered "lengthy" to some fickle book readers who are more result-driven, Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks were able to provide some scrupulous and insightful information on the debunking of common and almost shared beliefs of people about health and wellness.

Exceptionally well-written and understandable minus the more complex scientific terms, the book was able to hold much of its promise of tips, myths, and tricks pertaining to the health and wellness of the person.

On the other hand, the book is not all-together perfect as I might suggest that the author should have precisely tackled the debunking of quack medicine in which these myths and tricks stem into, I also suggest that the book should be able to educate the readers on how to detect the differences of quackery from the real and efficient well-researched medicine.

Overall the topics that are included in the book are fairly interesting to keep the readers, it has given me a lot of knowledge and I can surely attest that the information I've learned from this book has an intellectual acuity and truth wherein everyone can benefit from it.

I give this book 3 out of 4 stars as it helped me re-modify my personal beliefs in Health and wellness and change my way of thinking especially to those health and food myths which I certainly believed was true, not only that I think that every adult book reader can benefit from reading this, it's simple, effective and accurate and the author is note-worthy to, someone you can trust and know that he knows what he is doing.
