Finn Bell created another thriller fiction entitled Pancake Money. A must to read and get thrill. Entanglement between the good, the bad, and the holy.

Bobby Ress and Pollo Latu are detectives and best of friends in the city of Dunedin. They have been busy when it is only the first day of the week. Monday morning, a retired priest had died. His body was found naked in his spartan and bare house. Every bone in his body has been broken several times. A sign that he was tortured. Bobby remembered that Father Mucci, once told him that when people are dying, they become their real selves. Whether full of grace or covered in sin, every soul is beautiful.

The case of Father Mucci is still under investigation when another priest died on that same day. A problem arose when the media join in. The lady reporter exposed the second old priest dead body, the scene and the witnesses. The "Holy Man Killer" report makes it hard for the detectives that they are already behind. They soon find one of the priests closest friend, Father Corcoran. Because he hardly talk, they didn't find anything to connect the killings. Not until they found out about Father Black and Tegere Servare. Father Mucci, Father Bern, Father Corcoran and Father Black, were the founder of Tegere Servare, a latin word "to shield and to save". It is a rehabilitation centre to help the fallen priests. The church deals with the sinners while the law deals with criminals. Bobby and Pollo are about to leave the place when they have met Ann Bowlby. She is a lecturer on Forensic Psychology where Detective Bobby Ress attending her classes. Their topic is about movitation of behaviour. Why too much of it change the behaviour of a human beings? Why does it happens? According to Abraham Maslow, it starts with the physical needs, then the emotiinal needs, and lastly spiritual needs. Too much of what motivates behaviour will somehow form of mental illness.

Three days only, three priests died. First was Father Mucci, then Father Bern. Father Bern was also tortured naked, hanging one foot off the floor impaled on a fence post in his clutterred and luxurious house. While Father Corcoran was burned alive naked in his office. Who is the Holy man killer? Why tortured them until they died? Is it about money? Sex? Power? Or more?

This book gives me the thrill and I really enjoyed it. Although, I was disgusted on how the killings were done. But I learned a lot, thanks author. In every book we read, we should learn a thing or two. "I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars." It is already edited and proofed by professionals. Finn Bell was awarded as the "Best Author in Amazon." I highly recommend this book for those who love suspense, crime, mystery, and thriller.
