A Good read for all ages

E M P Honeymoon

The book takes off with a prelude that spikes your interest.
The story is packed with intrigue, action, romance and crazy terrorists.
Kelly's stop into a gift shop had her stumbling into a plot to cripple the United States power grid.
Her call to her brother sets some of the major characters into action.
The story line of an EMP attack on The United States is a truly plausible one and the fact that it could be coming from terrorists that have gone undercover in a country to our southern border is quite possible.
The unlikely team that comes together is quite fun and entertaining.
The terrorists are not quite believable as they seem to be quite off their game.
I was quite impressed that Space Force was included in this short novel. This added an interesting twist
to the story that I wasn't expecting.
There is some profanity in spots but is minimal.
There is some light romance and flirting that is done quite well.
Overall, this book is a very good. It will keep your interest through the maze of action and intrigue.
There are some places that will make you laugh and keep you glued to the pages for more.
I give this book a 4 out of 5 rating. I only give it a 4 due to the unbelievable terrorist characters.
The depth of some of the main characters needed to be expanded but I understand as this is a rather
short novel. I read this as a stand-alone novel and didn’t know until after reading it that it is part of a series.
If you just want a fun and intriguing book to read for the day, this one will do the trick.
