Final Notice, written by Van Fleisher, is a fiction novel about the reality of death and how it may provoke people to do desperate things. The author introduced the book by showing the life of a retired man, Vince Fuller, showing how life is when people don't have clarity of death. The plot switches to show violence caused by an 89-year-old man. Vijay Patel was in the initial stages of his machine to study the behavioral change of human beings when notified about their death. The machine worked perfectly, and Vijay knew it would tell the wearers after testing it on a group of people with no acute health complications. The results made the wearers aggressive.

The book was not just a work of fiction, but it expressed real events that go on in the United States concerning gun control. With the issue of gun control not being taken seriously, many people have died, and the author criticizes that. If the technology of predicting death would work, then many people would die since people would seek revenge. I like books that bring debates about our daily lives since it engages readers as they try to ask themselves questions. The question "What would you do if you knew, for certain, that you had one week to live?" kept me attentive to finding out what the characters did as I asked myself the same question.

I have nothing to dislike in this book since it was great. The thriller part of the novel was great since it made the reader feel like it was an action movie.

I rate Final Notice, written by Van Fleisher, five out of five stars. The book was exceptionally well-edited since I couldn't find any typos or grammatical errors. I liked how the author used the book as a voice for change in addressing the issue of gun control before it takes more lives. The date question kept the readers glued to the book as they asked themselves the question. These aspects made the book worth a perfect rating.

I recommend this book to lovers of thriller novels. They will like the book since the action in it is of another level. When I read it, I felt like it was a movie since the flow of events was great.
