Review of East Wind, 2nd Edition
East Wind, 2nd edition by Jack Winnick is a crime thriller that tells the story of terrorist attacks by islamic terrorists on America. The narrative in this novel centers on two agents who work together to fight against terrorism in the United States.
The Islamic terrorist group Hezbollah is set to blow up a nuclear bomb in America. They were not satisfied with the first one, as an east wind blew the devastating radiation into the sea. Therefore, it reduced the casualties. General K sent for Uri Levin, who is a Mossad agent, to work together with an FBI agent named Lara Edmond, who is a computer expert. The terrorists threaten to attack major cities in America. Because of the terrorists, America is now left with the option of choosing to back Palestine over Israel or risking more negative consequences if a response is not given within five days. On the other hand, Lara and Uri will have to work together to ensure America's peace and safety. Grab a copy of this interesting book to find out if these two were able to protect America from terrorists.
There are many positive aspects to this book. The plot was very realistic, and the story was really interesting. The writer's ability to provide a story in a brief and clear manner is what I really admire. The book has several romantic and action scenes. The love story between Lara and Uri was another interesting part that I liked. The relationship between them reminds readers of their backstories. The characters were well developed. As young as Walid is, I never expected him to have committed such heinous acts. I also like the commitment of Lara and Uri. They worked with the utmost diligence. Winnick did an amazing job with the grammatical words used in the book. They were easy to comprehend, and it made reading an amazing experience.
The book was really informative, and I learned a lot from it. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was how teenagers were recruited by the leader of Hezbollah, Sheikh Hassan, to commit terrorist acts. The book's cover page appeals to me as well. It paints a clear picture of what the book's content will be like.
I'm rating this book 5 out of 5 stars because of the author's writing style and the intriguing storyline of the book. I found no errors in the book because it was exceptionally well edited. I recommend the book to fans of crime thrillers and romance because they would enjoy reading it.
