Knight's Tour: A Morrow's Con Story by Earl James details the deceptive life of Morrow, known as Monty Feller for the Krakatoa vase con he played on Carter Hanley. After the succession of that gig, he was employed by Langley Oil Company to discover the whereabouts of Phoenix Team #4 for the alleged theft of twenty-six million dollars. Morrow, disguised as a P.I. guy with a new gig name known as Garrett Hobart, took the job and set out with his team to find Phoenix Team #4. They started by tracking and monitoring their wives, which were Kay, Diane, Trish, and Mitchelle. During the lookout one night, Morrow was kidnapped by a group of women disguised as men, and he was interrogated. He eventually found out that there were the wives of Phoenix Team #4 and discovered the truth behind the story. Langley Oil Company was the bad one, and they wanted to destroy Phoenix Team #4 along with the secrets they discovered. What would Morrow do now? Would he follow Langley Oil Company and capture Phoenix Team #4 or side with the wives and help save their husbands while making an income at the end? Find out more when you grab a copy of the novel Knight's Tour: A Morrow's Con Story by Earl James.

I loved how the introduction of this novel played out: first, they con Carter Hanley out of his one million dollars, and later, at the end of the novel, they encountered Carter Hanley again and realized he was the mastermind behind hiring Morrow so he could get back at him for stealing one million dollars from him. I enjoyed the storyline of this novel as each chapter was unpredictable. I also enjoyed the suspense the author employed in the novel when Morrow was close to finding Phoenix Team #4; every step for Morrow to find Phoenix Team #4 was a loose end until he finally hit the nail on and got the location of Phoenix Team #4. The author employed fascinating attributes in Morrow; he was not just a leader; he was a friend to Nate, a family to the crew, and a hero to the wives. His out-of-the-box thinking was exhibited in each chapter of this novel, which made me like him more. The novel elicited an emotional response of sadness from me when Morrow failed his promise and a tragic event happened to a member of Phoenix Team #4.

There was nothing that I disliked about this novel; every chapter was exciting and interesting to read. The author employed a bit of romance and humor in the novel, which spiced it up and made it more enjoyable.

I would give this novel a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because I haven't encountered a well-played and exciting novel like this one in my years of reading novels and because I was engrossed in the novel while reading it. I would also state that this novel has been exceptionally well edited, as I did not encounter a single grammatical error while reading this novel.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this novel to lovers of action, suspense, mystery, and drama, as these are the themes employed in the novel by Earl James. I would also recommend this novel to adult readers, as there is excessive usage of profane words in the novel.

Langley oil? Phoenix team 4? Is this book an intrigue? I seem to be confused by the plotline. Well, if the introduction of the book is good, then the book might be interesting. Nice review.

I’m curious to know how these women will save their husbands. How will these wives evade the company who sent them to arrest their husbands? There’s a lot of twists here. Nice review!

It must have been hard for Morrow to choose between his employers or Phoenix team #4. This book promises a lot of suspense and intrigue. Great review.

The book seems to have an interesting plot and a lot of suspense. But, I am not a fan of the genre and would pass this despite my curiosity to know what happened to Moore and the four wives. Welldone

I think it's safe to say the con artist got conned. Now that Langley oil company has employed him to do their bidding, what will he do to find out the truth. I would be really intrigued to find out.

A combination of action, mystery, drama and suspense spells a well rounded thriller for me.
It will be fascinating to see who Morrow sided eventually between the oil company and the Phoenix Team #4.
I enjoyed your beautiful review.
