Review of East Wind, 2nd edition
My father is a member of the Navy. Anytime he returns home, he tells us about his combat actions and missions. He also told us about many terrorists he had met in terrorist zones.
Uri, a Mossad agent, had just discovered that his childhood friend was the leader of a terrorist organization. Because he knew where his friend would be hiding, he took it upon himself to carry out the mission of eliminating him. They managed to kill the terrorists, but Uri lost some of his men. He found notes that didn't make sense to him at the terrorist camp where the terrorists were hiding. After a few months, Uri received a call from his superiors informing him that the notes obtained from the terrorist camp contained information about terrorist target locations. Uri and an FBI agent were assigned to stop the terrorists. Were they successful? What were the challenges? To find out, read this book.
Jack Winnick did an amazing job with this book. It had a lot of amazing actions. The author wrote this book as if he were a military man who had participated in combat operations. The plot of this book was so realistic that I assumed it was a true story. I've never been a victim of a terrorist attack, but after reading this book, I got an idea of how it might look. The characters were well-developed, and I became familiar with them as I read the book. East Wind, 2nd edition was informative in a variety of ways. It gave readers lessons on terrorism and patriotism.
Uri was my favorite character. He was always brave and determined when it came to fighting terrorism. The world would become a better place if we had more people who were as loyal and honest as he was. I also liked Lara because she was dedicated to her work and helped Uri in any way she could. When I read about those who had died during the bombing, it made me very sad. I cried after reading that scene. It broke my heart.
This book had nothing to dislike about it. It was full of suspense and breathtaking scenes. I couldn't put this book down once I started reading it. I will give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars because I found no flaws in it. I found no errors while reading the book, indicating that it was exceptionally well edited.
If you enjoy reading crime thrillers, this book is undoubtedly for you.
