Vijay Patel, a talented mathematician and doctor of internal medicine, has designed a revolutionary health sports watch called the VT2. This sports watch analyzes the composition of your blood and can predict the day you will die. This feature is known as "Final Notice." The user can program the device to alert them 10, 20, or 30 days before their death date. The goal of this function is to give the user time to take care of their affairs, say goodbye to loved ones, and spend quality time with them. However, this news is taken in different ways by different people. It is an opportunity for some of them to exact revenge on someone who has mistreated them without impunity. This novel tells the stories of numerous different people who receive this warning and how they react to the news. This comprises a widow, a billionaire, a scientist, and an elderly man living in a retirement community.

This was an intriguing book that raised some age-old questions. For example, would you want to know when you were going to die if you could? In addition, how would you respond and what would you do if you knew the answer? I also appreciated how Vince and Trudi's stories were only tangentially related to those of the other characters. I especially liked the bold characters of FBI Agent Brouet, Trudi, and Vince. Furthermore, I thought it was quite amusing when, on pages 277 and 278, the author, Van Fleisher, interjected himself into the narrative.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this book. While some of the scenarios in this book weren't my favorites to read about, they did reflect reality. Therefore, I didn't see that as a drawback to the book.

I gave this book four out of four stars. I thought it was very well written and easy to read. Actually, once I started reading this book, I couldn't stop until I finished the chapter I was on, and once I did, I couldn't wait to get back to it. Furthermore, there were only a few grammatical errors. It seemed to be well edited for the most part.

I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys thrillers with a sci-fi twist. I would also suggest this book to an older demographic, such as those 18 and up, because this book contains violence (including school violence), profanity, and racial discrimination.
