As I read East Wind, 2nd edition by Jack Winnick, I thought about all the terrorism and hate in this world and how sad it is. It makes me think about how people around the world live and what they go through each and every day. I do however, appreciate the authors professionally edited well written style of this book. I give it a 4 out of 4 stars rating. I rate it that for his incredible writing skills and story line.

This amazing book is based on terrorist acts and plans from Arabs and Israeli radical groups. It is fictional but uses some real life events to describe events for the book. It uses fictional FBI characters to pull it all together. Lara and Uri are the main characters that work closely together to put these terrorist to rest. Uri comes from a Mossad group in Israel while Lara is a leader in the USA FBI. As they get to know each other they become fond of one another, becoming quite close. Is romance in the air? What's next for them in their professional world?

I love the way the author puts his words together. It's hard to find great stories that are also well written. As far as I know the author is of old age, he seems to have true knowledge on these topics. It makes it more interesting to read. I feel I am able to trust this author. I used to think that all Arab people would be scary and untrustworthy. Reading this book has reminded me that there are groups of terrible!e human beings, but not all are bad. Some of them are civilians that are helpful to Americans to capture these groups of awful human beings.

There's nothing that I don't like about this book. I have read the other books in the series and am a fan of all of them. This is my new favorite author. I think this book is well suited for ages 18 and older due to the graphic violence and suggested terrorist events. Not everyone would enjoy a reading such things.

I hope to find more from this author with stories like this. I will never get bored. I find it interesting how he writes about these radical groups. I want to learn more about current events and history of the world. Even though it's fictional as a story, these things really happen.
