Zarqnon the Embarrassed (JW. McLaughlin), author of Of Zots and Xoodles, the author’s artistic name was driven by his own ego created which purge the biased element of Dr. Seuss, Douglas Adams, Lewis Carrol.
Of Zots and Xoodles follows the main character named Theodil in a conceptual abstract representation of time and matter in the creation theory as a project. He tried to express his own opinion of primordial source of existence through the two personified terms in philosophical way. This book however can pose a threat to young readers since it could be seen as concepts too ambiguous for their receptive minds.

The cover page of the book seem attractive to readers who love abstract arts, but it altered the clarity of the author's names coupled with the illustrator's, though the title was boldly shown. Reading this book as quickly as possible, I found it highly loaded with creativity of figurative speech techniques for literary appreciation so to add to its aesthetic and style - it looked short in terms of pages but rich in content.

Giving us profound but unique narrative prospect of creation science; Theodil’s deeds and projections coupled with the congregation is reminder of the pretentious reception, prejudice, less concentrating and misguided. These obviously inspires the unconventional allure of use of words wittily, attractively but misleading: This I discredit somewhat. But somehow entertain through the witty and humour language expressed. Nevertheless, it seem the book was expertly checked for errors which I feel is a credit and someone might note the deliberate language used as artistic concept to show taste or style.

This is book is more of concise detailing piece which opens up a pre-assumed notion of with what might have happened before the emergence of the universe. It's more philosophical rich with the concept of metaphysics and more experimental in an interesting manner for any reader.
It arouses epistemology question; how did we get here? Ontological question; why do things work in their unique ways, all ask for purpose driven reason of existence. As a student of humanity; I practically enjoyed the book, but got lost on the way sometimes though while reading. So it gives on a challenging existential inquiry into nature and reality.
The author however on my own side made the book more appealing to philosophy scholars and people with abstract thoughts and interest of reality make-up. People that love science fiction not minding poetic elements and curiosity coupled with fascination of universal creation would love this book.

Surprisingly, the use of Physics, Mathematical equation repertoire makes it scientific but challenging to love and comprehend, Zargnon did a great job of intellectual but there was huge chasm between him and his counterpart Allen the illustrator. To make it easy, I must commend this man credited as Frank Louis Allen, he did a fantastic job on aesthetic and artistic perceptive which gives the book a kind of intuitive appealing when it comes to adapting to the outlook of the zots and the xoodles - making it a little vivid and averagely less obscure to comprehend. The illustrations help one's imagination and beget meaning explanation of the concepts being portrayed. The detailing of the art works and images are much, complex but rich and professional.

This appears to be more elusive to objective and concrete systematic observer somehow and it also appeals to such reader in an aspect. It is somehow for scientific enthusiast, through Zargnon; Theodil as a character was a nice one that tickles the mind of such. My rating on this book is 3 out of 4 stars, moreover if you love Dr. Seuss, Lewis Carroll in their scientific ingredients to entertaining writing; you would love this book but the book is ever eye catching and alluring to read due to the abstract or overturned creativity going out of the conventional.
