The content of the book represents everything that is promised in the description and the cover. It is a good book, with good writing, and has very interesting parts to read around the characters and the plot.

I finished this book in less than three days because it grabbed my atention in a way that many others have not. The characters were very interesting and easy to understand on a personal level. Maybe we don't all do what they do, but their actions were relatable and the way they expressed themselves made you connect with them. Especially with the main character, who in my opinion was very well written, enough to make you want to know more about him even if you didn't have to.

All these characters were well included in the plot, which showed you that everything that could go wrong, would go wrong. Something that I actually loved because with a single concept they expressed all the possibilities that a single problem can cover. I guess at some point it also makes you think that they will have to choose between one thing or the other, what is better and what is worse, in order to continue to exist. Which is a very hard task for a simple human, but necessary for the rest of humanity.

I think the author explained everything perfectly fine in terms of human morality, the disasters it can cause, and how to cope with it. He was also very good at expressing the scientific terms. They were expressed in large sizes that got you into the reading but also made you have to look up some specific words in the dictionary. Which I don't think is a criticism either because in a way it makes you learn something new as well. Plus that particular way of writing makes you get even more into the reading because it's as if what you read is happening all around you. Nothing can escape you and you can imagine everything because there are no blind spots in the descriptions.

The only problem I found with it is that despite describing everything perfectly throughout the book, the ending was not. Perhaps it was a little disappointing to read something super descriptive and with a lot of interesting ideas only for it to end up not having as much detail or impact as the rest of the book did.

Beyond that, I think it's a good book, well written, and keeps you interested. I would recommend it to those who like this type of science fiction books, and would give it a full four stars.
