If you’re looking for a book that has the perfect blend of adventure, mystery, and science, I highly recommend Zona: The Forbidden Land by Fred G. Baker. The story follows Dr. Grant Taylor, who is a well-experienced historian and explorer who suddenly receives a call to come to St. Petersburg to inherit the properties and assets of Dr. Randal Taylor, who was his uncle. Randall, who had been declared dead by the government after his disappearance. Randal, who was very obsessed with exploration himself, went on a scientific expedition to Zona, a land in the Siberian region, and never returned. Boris Ustinov, who was Randall's attorney, assigned his assistant, Irina, to help Grant Taylor in the inheritance process and also helped Grant Taylor find people to clean his uncle's apartment. Grant Taylor, determined to find out what was behind his uncle's disappearance, searched for every single detail he could find and then decided to put together an expedition team to go into the Forbidden Land of Zona. Wouldn't you want to join Grant in this exciting adventure? If so, give this book a read.

Grant's Taylor determination to find out what was behind his uncle's disappearance is admirable. Grant went the distance to piece together the puzzle surrounding the mysterious disappearance of his uncle. Readers would appreciate Grant's effort and even root for him to come out successful in this adventure. I want to commend the writing style and pacing in this book, as it was perfectly in sync with the book's narrative, which for me improves the plot's realism. It also improves the book's relatability, as at times I felt I was part of the adventure exploring Zona together with Grant. The book's plot is also very exciting and engaging, as I could not put this book down. I was so eager to know what would unfold next in this exciting adventure.

Overall, I would give this book a perfect rating of five out of five stars for the many reasons I stated previously. I have no dislikes about this book, so there was no reason to deny this book a perfect rating. I want to also commend the author for how exceptionally well this book was edited, as I found no grammatical errors of any sort in this book. It displays the author's admirable commitment to ensuring that readers have a unique reading experience.
