Imagine there being such a world where multiple earths exist across different planets. Sent to Watch is such a story that is given to us in the science fiction and adventure fiction genres. This great masterpiece is given to us by David J. Lebenstein, who grew up on Long Island, had a successful career as a geologist, and worked in the petroleum industry for quite some time.

In this book, multiple earths exist across different planets. The story of the book follows two alien spies, Kael and Amara, who are sent to Earth 48, a primitive version of Earth, to observe its progress and determine if this Earth is ready to join the Interplanetary Confederation of Civilised Planets. In this, the agents are disguised as humans and must navigate through the problems that they come across and navigate through the earthly society, doing all this while following the strict non-interference protocol. The twist in that is that while they become more involved in human affairs, they find themselves questioning their mission and their identities as well.

The story in itself is very captivating and keeps you wanting for more, but somewhere in the book it becomes predictable, and I think that is one thing that should be improved. The world-building of this book is outstanding, and the character-building done in this book is mind-blowing. The writer has done an outstanding job in the editing and has left no space for typos or any kind of grammatical errors. The plot of the book is very great, and the book leaves you with a desire to want more. The great backstories of the characters give the story a more realistic vibe, and that makes this book such a great read.

Rating:
I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. 1 star for the flawless editing, 1 star for the great world-building, 1 star for the character development, 1 star for the captivating story and spicy plot, and 1 star deducted because sometimes the story becomes somewhat predictable and boring. Overall, this is a fun-to-read book that will keep you on the edge of your seat for all time and will prove to be a great read.
