Chrome Mountain is a sensational and electrifying story that will leave you hanging with curiosity following each chapter. Just when it seems everything is going smoothly, something unexpected happens, forcing the readers to taste the thrill bit by bit.

Sonya is a fearless young lady. Desperate to escape from her horrendous past, she finally leaves her abusive ex, realizing she deserves better.

One day, a genius scientist, Trey Radisson, decides to end his best invention in a state of paranoia.
But what happens when he is forced to leave his mundane but comfortable life for something unexpected? What can go wrong when the duo is tangled up in forthcoming proceedings?

Chrome Mountain is not typical sci-fi fiction, but it meets the expectations. With its witty humor and balanced action romance, this book will not let you pause without knowing the whole story once and for all. Every scene has been narrated beautifully and engagingly, as if one went inside the novel and relived every chapter with their own eyes. The gradual growth of both characters is satisfactory throughout the plot.

Additionally, the fight scenes have been mapped out perfectly, doing justice to the writer’s own experience with the Air Force. With the use of creative writing and a strong vocabulary, the writer has made quite an impression.

The writer should have included at least basic scientific concepts about the main plot, as this would have added the much-needed essence of science to a scientist's character as the main lead. Instead, emphasis was drawn towards mostly action, with hints of romance and hilarity.

Hence, it would be more suitable to consider this book an action- romance because it does not follow the rules to explain clever scientific terms and advanced technology, which is the foundation of a basic science fiction plot.

Sexual Content: 1/5
