This coloring book is very relaxing and a really fun way to unwind in the evening or for a break during the day from
Work. If you really sit an out the time in to color in the details you could easily spend an hour or so on a page. I think colored pencil’s definitely work better than crayons because some of the details are very small. The paper is thick enough where, with a fine brush, you may even be able to watercolor these pages, which would look very nice. It is unique in design, I have never seen a coloring book with cute little gnome houses. The art is beautifully done and has great detail. I found coloring the little houses very relaxing and fun. The quotes on the bottom of each page are lovely and uplifting. Many of the quotes talk about not giving up and Pershing your dreams and how failure is a way to growth. I believe these are lessons that are great for all ages. Children through adulthood could definitely benefit from taking these quotes to heart in developing a growth mindset. I give this book a 4 out of 5 because it is a very good coloring book.
