"We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies" by Matthew Tysz is a gripping read that blends the elements of fantasy, action, magic, and adventures. "In the Lands of the Princes, it was death by the sword or slow starvation." The emperor had sent his four sons to separate islands when he felt there was a consensus and conspiracy among them to overthrow him. Galen Bray finds an escape opportunity and runs for his life. He is saved and protected by a captain who murdered his pursuers before they could even lay hands on him. He joins up with the crew and other passengers on the ship as they journey to Voulhire. He journeys to meet his uncle, who owns a forge in Magnum Caelum.

After enduring starvation and discomfort, Galen Bray finally arrives in Magnum Caelum, astonished by the pristine homes and unblemished landscape. He is guided by Mayor Malcolm into his inheritance: the treasures and savings left behind by his honorable uncle. He meets Rowan, his uncle’s executor, who gifts him his special blade and the books his uncle wrote for him and becomes his tutor as he starts his training as a blacksmith.

There's nothing I disliked about this book. The story line is gripping, a blend of imagination, science, and spirituality with suspense and plenty of action. The author's creativity and story-telling ability were phenomenal and evident all through the book.

I'm rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. It was exceptionally edited, with no errors. The narrative was fascinating, and I enjoyed every bit of it. It was an interesting read.

I recommend this book to lovers of fantasy and magic, action-adventure enthusiasts, and suspense. The book, however, contains profanity and may not be suitable for some readers. I will love to read more books from the author. It was a very interesting read.
