Kim lives in a world made by AI and filled with robots. She has been working at the AI company for five years, and her job includes solving problems around the city. Kim is eager to finish more tasks to get herself promoted to work with higher-ranked AIs that do multitask. The official attire colors are pale blue, pale beige, and pale green, which are all gender-neutral, and Kim prefers to wear pale blue. She has her own dreams but is scared of the dangers they might bring because a life surrounded by robots makes it hard for her to pursue her own. The dream to one day meet her mother, who was taken from her when she was a child, always keeps her head up and motivates her to work harder so that she may reunite with her.

Outside of work, Kim has another life with her friends, especially her best friend, with whom she hangs out the most. Kim has an exclusive focus on her job and performs many tasks. At work, she meets with an AI robot named Kimberly, who suddenly changes her life and makes her wonder why she feels so connected to it. Things slowly started to change for Kim, and she realized not everything could be AI. Will she be able to figure out why Kimberly affects her so much?

Terms of Service has been the most intellectual yet fun book I have read. Craig W. Stanfill narrates a fictional story that challenges imagination and reality. The story is really well written and has a really great impact on the world we live in. The writing style of Craig W. Stanfill is really amazing; he manages to bring out a story simulated by machines and robots. Even though the book has some scenes with drugs and alcohol, it is really interesting as the story keeps you curious about what is going to happen next.

The book is written in a simple way and is really inspirational. In my opinion, this book has an insight into what our new world would be like as the technologies are leveling up. There are some unique aspects of the book that I like the most. For example, the days are from oneday to sevenday and the companies don’t have specific names; they are just called food companies or clothing companies. The other unique part is that the robots have control of everything; any tiny mistake will be solved by the robots within a minute.

I strongly recommend this book to fantasy readers and would be the best choice to spend time with. The book has been well-edited, and the writing style is amazing. I love the characteristics of Kim, and I love the way the story is organized. I did not find any errors in the book, and it was really comforting and enjoyable, so, therefore, I rate this 5 out of 5.
