Kim has, for five years, worked at the Artificial Intelligence Company with her greatest desire being to work with high-order AIs. For as long as she could remember, Kim has maintained a good social cohesion rating, consistently following the UCE orthodoxy which she had been instilled with since she parted with her birth-giver. But Kim still suffered from persistent dreams and frightening nightmares. With Kim's extensive knowledge of AIs and the system, Kim finds herself in a difficult situation of uncovering dangerous truth lurking in the shadows of the society. What happens when Kim deviates from the laid down norms of the AIs to unmask the reality that has been a lie; and illusion truth?

Terms of Service: Subject to Change Without Notice is the brainchild of Craig W. Stanfill. A work of fiction, this book potrays an inevitable prediction of future civilization. Many people have failed to come to terms with the artificialities that are soon-to-be a part of human reality. I like how the author wove this astronomical concept into a novel suitable to communicate all that the AIs and civilization stand to represent in our society. Divided into three parts, this book was written in a concise and straight forward way. The terms and ideas used are ones that readers would be able to relate with easily.

To begin, the author introduced “A Note On Pronouns" that provides a literary idea that everyone speaks a uniformed language; hence, there is no misconception of the superiority of this civilization to the present times. The use of pronouns were also slightly different from the English references to prevent any action considered to be selfist or genderist. In terms of society structure, the Hierarchy possessed the ultimate power with which they were able to control the system. How the author was able to come up with these concepts is indeed incredible and considerate.

I believe that this novel was inspired to be an eye-opener to the truth that would soon become our reality. As one who has obtained a PhD in artificial intelligence, the credibility of the author can be trusted. This book was enjoyable to read. I rate this book a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars. All contents, figures, and characters were in perfect sync to make this wonderful piece. I do not consider any part of this book to be negative.

Readers who have interest in sci-fi related novels would find this novel amusing. Not to talk of the plot which was engaging and thrilling in it's entirety.
