According to the narration in the book We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies, Galen is attempting to escape the war-torn Land of the Princes. He is being sought after, and he has papers that will provide him cover as he flees to Magnum Caelum, the home of his dying uncle. Although he is in possession of the documents that his uncle's executor used to identify him as the heir, the uncle was unaware of his existence. He takes a ship and learns that it will take him at least a week to reach the haven. As he arrives, the mayor of Magnum Caelum welcomes him and informs him that his uncle unexpectedly passed away while he was traveling. He visits his uncle's estate and is in awe of its splendor. Later, he locates Rowan, his uncle's executor, at an inn. Galen then continues on with his life in his new home, consumed by his work as a blacksmith. The expedition of Lord Eldus to rebuild Hillport after the two lords Orlin and Meldorath had destroyed it is also described.

I enjoyed how the author set up this work, and I had no trouble reading it. I thought Matthew Tysz's work to be both interesting and educational because it was so engrossing. Without a doubt, the protagonist, Rowan, is responsible for bringing the book to life. He never lost his playful or humorous nature. My favorite parts of Galen's story were his adventures trying to adopt in the new place. His friendship with Rowan was meant to be amusing. The book was fascinating to me. As soon as the novel began, the action moved quickly and naturally, which kept me reading. There were "politics" in place, and they were vividly explained, allowing me to visualize the circumstance.

I had no issues with the book. My favorite characters were Galen and Rowan. The author sought to convey a point throughout this book, and the glossary, which I utilized as a reference tool, helped to support that claim. Despite the slow pacing in the "politics" portion, I still found the reading to be enjoyable.

My rating for this book is 5 out of 5 stars. I can't think of any justification to take away a star because the author gave it their all. Because I could actually picture the scene as I read, everything sounded realistic to me. This book isn't just a review. I thought it was exceptionally edited because there were no typos or mistakes.

I recommend fantasy lovers read this novel. The book contains a lot of action that is unpacked throughout. This is positively positive.
