The novel Terms of service by Craig W. Stanfill is about a young lady called Kim. The author takes us on Kim's unimaginable life changing situations as she discovers deep and dark secrets about her company, about her true self, discovers more knowledge about AIs, and tries to balance her life outside her working place. Her relationship with her friends was the only thing that made sense in Kim's life, the selfish ways of her superiors turned her into a rebellious worker, and the fact that she knew that she had nothing to lose worsened the situation at hand.

What I loved about the book is how the author was so peculiar and descriptive. The author's sense of humor when elaborating on situations that seemed to be rhetorical questions was so engaging and uncommon. The writer's dialogue is exceptionally well constructed and engaging, more especially when Kim was having conversations with her friend Shan I could even draw my picture through the author's narration of their conversation. I also loved the fact that the writer saw it fit to give kim the opportunity to try and claim back her voice and power as a woman and most important as a worker.

I did not like the fact that Kim had multiple sexual partners, that does not set a good example to the readers. Kim's ways of dealing with pressure, hurt and frustrations were not appealing at all as she would drown her sorrows in vodka or throw tantrums on the poor machines and end up hurting herself. It was not good to witness Kim lose her humanity and develop so much rudeness towards the machines in her apartment as well as with her friends when they are trying to at least help her.

My rating for the book is 4 out of 5 stars and this is because I did not like how Kim behaved every time she felt her world was crumbling. The reason the score is not too less is that the author did a good job when it comes to giving the novel life and excitement for the readers, I am not hesitant to say that the story is well constructed and structured, and the book also shows that it was professionally edited.

I would recommend this book to people who are the age of 21 and above, it will be more suitable for people who are mostly interested in science or technology and fiction novels. I would not recommend this book to people who are genuinely interested in nonfiction novels, because they will be not able to broaden their imagination and thinking process.
