Review of Apocalypse Reckoning 2.0
[Following is a volunteer review of "Apocalypse Reckoning 2.0" by William Acie Singleton.]
This seems to be set on a chaotic and futuristic setting. Many things have already happened that there are changes in the world such as climate change, monsters and evolution, types of drugs and their effects, substance abuse and a world full of possibilities headed to chaos.
In Apocalypse Reckoning 2.0, W.A Singleton is showing a world far advance into the future. It starts with a burned man who got chased by blood wolves with his man's best friend. Everything is shrouded in darkness, and the peace and order seems to be a drift. In the present, Marcus Gavriil an FBI agent with his wife are having their usual job when suddenly they encounter a mutated type of spider and with their grandchildren somehow they survived, but some persons were eaten. Many things happened, such as an old lady with robotic reflexes went wild when it's supposed to be in a geriatric care. Believe it or not, Marcus ended up in a hospital thanks to granny and gets attack with mobs and mutated warriors.
Strange things are always encircling our hero, what's his connection to the burn man which goes back to the future, will Marcus do this on his own or will many come to his aid in order to grasp a world which is safe from destruction?
W. A Singleton is a great author. His creative with monsters, drugs and his little comedy seems to touch the readers with his words. He is able to make clear details with words, and his imagination in sci-fi is advance and pleasant.
The book shifts between the present and the future also including the past which makes it very daring. The change in times, is so exciting, and we are able to go through the whole story with ease, complexity and mind-boggling adventures. Somehow the author does not make us bored, but instead it's clear with surprise in shifting from the timelines which is very clever and is good for readers.
Every scenario withinside the tale has variations which can be complementing every other. The novelist morever values credence however with a twist, like testing a persons faith, dropping hope, desperation and valor. The creatures, mutants and monster have been fascinating. There's no second without a surprise at the readers at the back of each entity that appears inside the book.
Everything is proven mystically and it pumps up your adrenaline and make me wanna examine more.
Singleton makes factors approximately substance abuse and it is effects,while we base our judgement on reactions to them simply due to the fact they may be addicts and additionally to finish their destiny without second chances.
The small hassle with the book is that it has errors, it requires persistence or endurance to get to the exciting parts and once in a while the timings are off when shifting from present to future however apart from that it's already great.
The writer of Apocalypse Reckoning 2.0 takes us in a time traveling upheaval. There is more excitement, thrill, action, and a touch of comedy. In addition, it's like a gift box that has gift wraps which you need to keep reading in order to unwrap and see it's suprise. Surely i say that everyone's emotions will be awakened and moved because there's a breathtaking finale which I may not expose for readers. I'm also excited to see how the story goes and can't wait for its sequel. I recomend it to people who want advance sci-fi, action packed novels on adventure and futuristic living. Readers who opt for meditation, calm and much less journey ought to examine different books rather due to the fact that is for adventurous people.
With its positive traits and little remarks i rate this book 3 out of 4 stars.
