After the mysterious death of a security guard in the Museum of Ancient History, Chronix Bay, two people, James Timewalker and Tina Prescott, were chosen to take the fall for it by Temporo Inc. whose motives are not known to the public. Unknown to them, James Timewalker and Tina Prescott are two of the four people that would stand up to them as the story progresses. With the time stone in their possession and James with his psychic powers, the quartet would travel in time to stop Temporo Inc. from the disaster that they want to unleash upon the world. But their journey is a difficult one as they would encounter lots of hurdles on their way like booby-traps, beasts from another world and attack from a group called The Culto.

The Time Stone by Jeffery Estrella is the first book in what would be made into a series of books. The story is about friendships, adventures and hardships as two of the protagonists lived a hard life. Also, one learns not to joke with one's youth as it can have a negative impact on one's future.

Something I enjoyed about this book is the amount of trust they put into one another and their friendship being a strong one despite the fact that they did not really know one another before they met, and as the story progresses, they learned a lot about themselves.

Unfortunately, I found some mistakes in the book and there are some cases where there is supposed to be a hypen or a space between the words but they are typed together. I give the book a 3 out of 4 because as interesting as it is to jump through time, it gets boring and old when the story is being prolonged. While jumping through time seems cool, the fact that they do so a lot and to random times and places when one already expects the story to come to an end makes the book long and boring. Also, some characters have incomplete story, like the FBI from Strange Occurrences Project, nothing was said about him as the story goes on. Same goes for the ninja that stole the Time Stone. And the story about the reporter, Sylvia, was quite confusing as she was being kidnapped and then at a later chapter, seen on the news and without any explanation about how she was rescued. But, other than these, it is a good book that sci-fi lovers would love.

The book has some religious content in it as fate and destiny were mentioned a lot and some quotes and references from the Bible were made and some other religions were also mentioned.
