Pandora's cave was the best getaway trip for Jon, Kelly, Travis, and their foster dad, Chris. All had been going well until this became the turning point of their lives. After the death of their parents, the Bishop's family had finally found a family together, and people they could call parents. Chris and Angie and all these events had changed their perspective of life, until this fateful day that Jon and Chris completely changed after a demonic encounter. Is this normal to be demonically possessed? Are Kelly and Travis safe after the exploration of Pandora's cave? Is the Demon nation going to conquer the human race?

Doomsday, by R. L. Gemmill, is a fast-paced action novel that has been well written. The storyline is very unique, and the events in the book are extraordinary. I love how the author manipulated the aspect of time to introduce new events. The character description and introduction is also top-notch. The author has also well arranged the activities that take place in the book, making it easier to read and take note of the events in the book.

This novel contains a glossary of characters names at the end of the book. There were a lot of aspects I loved about the book as it is simply explorative and mind changing. I however found a few aspects that I disliked about the book. Some of the events in the book are overly exaggerated to events that wouldn't happen in any normal setting. Some of the information is also not spoken about that would be noticed by any character in the book. These aspects did not, however, affect my reading of the book.

I rate Doomsday by R. L. Gemmill 4 out of 4 stars. I only found one grammatical error in this book, indicating that the book was professionally edited. I love the amount of action in the book and the ideas developed in the book including telepathy, Demons, and magic. If the book would have been argumentative, then it would be convincing to any audience.

I recommend this book to lovers of science fiction and action-filled novels, as this will be the book that will be thrilling to them. Characters like Kelly Bishop and Travis depict characters that should be appreciated but mostly ignored in society. Being aware of this fact is awesomely life-changing. Readers who also enjoy books filled with magic and Demons will also find this book enthralling.
